You Will Be Responsible For:
All tasks shall be performed in a competent, highest quality, and timely manner
Conducting visitor registration processes.
Ensures Service Standards in their personal appearance and the facility.
Proactively interacts with all internal and external customers.
Routinely circulates through the facility to ensure the customer's service experience.
Conducts random interviews /surveys
What You Will Need:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. Associates Degree.
Minimum two (2) year of related work experience as a guest service representative in a hotel or large institute.
The Concierge - Lobby Attendant Delivers on AH Tampa’s promise to provide the highest quality welcome to all visitors, patients, families, and staff as they arrive in the hospital.
Conducting visitor registration processes associated with the Visitor Management system.
Ensures Service Standards in their personal appearance and the facility are being practiced consistently and maintains a clean environment.
Proactively interacts with all internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner to ensure they experience a positive first impression.
Provides timely and thorough assistance of hospital and area information.
Routinely circulates through the facility to ensure each customer's service experience equals or exceeds their expectations.
Conducts tours as needed, and answers inquiries from the general public.
Conducts random interviews /surveys to ensure that the guest is receiving or has received excellent service.
Is crossed trained on all entrances, lobbies and waiting rooms to assist in greeting during large events and high censes times.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing hospitality services as outlined in the Guest Services Directory, following up on inquiries; coordinating requests for special arrangements; coordinating the escort or personally escorting guest to their destined areas; and interacting with all guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
The concierge is on-site and available seven days a week, as well as holidays and, therefore, is required to work weekend rotation and occasional holidays.
