Fairview Health Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our M Health FairviewUrgent Care Team practicing primarily at our Mall of America Walk-In Clinic in Bloomington, MN providing wellness and occupational health care in addition to urgent health care. This position may also practice at our other walk-in and urgent care locations in the Minneapolis-St Paul area and surrounding suburbs.

Practice Details:

• Join our team of 45+ urgent care providers.
• Patient encounters average 20-30 patients per day in a 10 hour shift.
• Opening(s): .6 - .8 FTE - Flexible schedule, averaging every third weekend .
• No Call required.
• As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications

Graduate of a school of nursing and accreditedFamilyNursePractitioner training program.

BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC.

Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.

Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.

Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).

Preferred Qualifications :

At least 2 or more years Primary Care, ER, Urgent Care or Retail Care experience.

M Health Fairview Walk-in Clinic Mall of America serves MOA employees and tenants, as well as Twin Cities visitors. The clinic is located on level 3 East and has 5 exam rooms, lab space and a radiology room.
