We need a RVT/RVS on a Part Time basis to perform non-invasive vascular testing for peripheral arterial disease including arterial duplex, ABIs, PVRs, and TBIs, venous insufficiency and reflux studies. Experience assisting with venous procedures a HUGE plus.

Can schedule 1-2 days a week ongoing with potential to join us full time as our volume increases. Flexible daytime hours and a great work environment!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform non-invasive vascular testing for peripheral arterial disease including arterial duplex, ABIs, PVRs, and TBIs
• Perform venous insufficiency and reflux studies
• Perform post procedure scans effectively and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care
• Prepare patient for exam by explaining procedure, transferring patient to ultrasound table and positioning patient
• Obtain and record accurate information within electronic medical record system
• Coordinate work with physicians and other healthcare team members
• Assist with other clinical duties as needed
• Maintain required certification and registries, health requirements, and operational requirements

Education/Experience:

Graduate from an accredited program for Vascular Sonographers. A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare settings. Experience with peripheral arterial disease and venous insufficiency is required.
