IU Health Southern Indiana Physicians, part of the largest and most comprehensive healthcare system in Indiana, is seeking a Non-Invasive/General Cardiologist to join a well-established and collegial team of 12 Physicians and 12 advanced providers. Practice medicine in a university community within a diverse cultural environment, located in beautiful Bloomington, Indiana! Participate in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents, if desired. Experience in reading CTA and/or MRI is preferred, but not required.
Position Highlights:
Full-Time; Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (with 1 day off every other week)
20% inpatient and 80% outpatient
Patient volume includes: 16/day in office & 15-18/day in hospital
Weekday call; 1:6 and Weekend call is 1:5
Robust volume of Nuclear and TEE imaging with room to grow the CT and MRI programs
Clinical outpatient (only) outreach to other location(s) 1 day per week
Qualifications:
Fellowship training in Cardiology, required
Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
Visa sponsorship available; H-1B and J1 (2026)
